Shipping Policies

Delivery Costs are £18.00 this covers the costs of a third party courier (TNT) and packaging material. we cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage once it has left us, however we will make a claim against the courier (TNT) for replacement goods only or delivery charges at cost. should their decision be that the goods have been damaged after they have made delivery i.e. damaged while unpacking a refund cannot be made, also if a claim needs to be made you must keep the damaged product and all outer packaging for up to 30 working days as a claim will be void if these are thrown away or unavailable for inspection by TNT.

Should you receive your cardboard cutout and the outer packaging is damaged (including creases) you MUST sign as "damaged" as TNT except no responsibility for damage once you have signed, thus no claim can be made against them.

Re-print / manufacture can only be done on receipt of a new order / payment unless TNT excepts responsibility for damage. this has to be done within 30 days from claim, if a replacement is needed before this time period, full payment must be made to Lifesize Media prior to goods being sent out. a full refund of these cost will be given if TNT excepts responsibility for damage once the claim is closed.

If you do not agree with these terms in relation to shipping we are happy for you to arrange an alternative courier, however their will be a small surcharge for packaging materials at cost. please contact us for details.

If you are not available for delivery or you supply any incorrect details you may be charged for the re-delivery.

We ship within the UK and delivery time is between 5 and 7 working days.

FREE Design Service

We currently offer a free design service with every order, however should you not continue with manufacture of your design after having approved the price and artwork a £25.00 an hour charge will be made.
